What services does Originstead offer besides the starter website?
Custom website development, local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, AI-powered content and marketing, custom web apps and MVPs, business process automation, AI chatbots, website audits and performance fixes, and landing pages. The starter website is our most standardized, fixed-scope package; every other service is scoped and quoted around your specific project.
Does one business day mean the site is guaranteed to launch tomorrow?
No. One business day is the typical production target for the starter package after the agreement, deposit, complete approved content, and required account access are received. Client delays, missing materials, domain issues, or custom requests extend the timeline. Other services follow their own agreed timeline.
Who owns the domain and hosting account?
You should purchase and own the domain, hosting, email, booking, and other third-party accounts used in your project.
Does the starter website package include e-commerce or online booking?
It includes buttons or links to an existing booking, ordering, or payment platform. It does not include development of a custom e-commerce, payment, POS, inventory, or delivery system.
What content do I need to provide?
For the starter website: current services and pricing, approved logo, approved photos, description, address, hours, phone number, social links, and booking or inquiry links. Other services have their own intake checklist, provided once scope is confirmed.
How many revisions are included?
One consolidated round of reasonable revisions is included with the standard starter package. Additional revision rounds or changes outside the approved scope are billed separately. Revision terms for other services are set in the project agreement.
When is payment due?
The standard structure is a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% before launch or transfer.
What happens after launch?
You may manage the site yourself or add the monthly website care plan for technical checks and up to 30 minutes of minor content updates.
Do you use AI to deliver these services?
Yes, select services use AI-assisted workflows—drafting, research, and code scaffolding—to move faster. Every deliverable is still reviewed and finished by hand before it reaches you.
Does a website, SEO, or marketing service guarantee more sales or a Google ranking?
No. Originstead does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or other business outcomes for any service.
